Return & Replacement

About returns：
We accept the return and replacement. Please email us the reason that you want to return or replace the item within 72 hours after receiving the item. Return and replacement claims are accepted under the situation of no damaged goods. The filing party to pay the costs incurred. We will deal with the refund within 24 hours after receiving item from you. Similarly, we will send the new item within 24 hours after we receive the old item you returned.

Return Procedure:
Please email us the reason that you want to return or replace the item within 72 hours after receiving the item.

Delivery the item to the address we specify in the shipment (or another place we tell you). Please state all your information clearly inside your return, buyer’s name, address and telephone number.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as we shipped out. We reserve the right to assess additional fees if the returned item is not in proper condition.
